Rhubarb Crumb Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9 or 10-inch pie shell unbaked
- 4 c rhubarb chopped
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 c sugar
- 34 c flour
- 12 c brown sugar
- 13 c margarine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine rhubarb egg vanilla 4 tablespoons flour and sugar together
- Pour into unbaked pie shell
- Blend 34 cup flour brown sugar and margarine together until crumbly
- Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 375
