Rhubarb Crumb Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 9 or 10-inch pie shell unbaked
  • 4 c rhubarb chopped
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 34 c flour
  • 12 c brown sugar
  • 13 c margarine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Combine rhubarb egg vanilla 4 tablespoons flour and sugar together
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell
  4. Blend 34 cup flour brown sugar and margarine together until crumbly
  5. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture
  6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 375
