Rhubarb Crumble
Ingredients
- 3 c rhubarb sliced
- 1 c cubed peeled apples
- 12 to 1 c sliced strawberries
- 13 c sugar
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp oleo
- 23 c brown sugar
- 23 c quick oats
- vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Combine rhubarb apples and strawberries spoon into a greased 8-inch square baking dish
- Combine sugar and cinnamon sprinkle over fruit
- Set aside
- In a bowl combine flour baking powder and salt
- Cut in oleo until mixture resembles coarse crumbs Stir in brown sugar and oats
- Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned Serve cold or warm with a scoop of ice cream if desired
