Rhubarb Crunch

Ingredients
- 4 c diced rhubarb
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 c flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg beaten
Directions
- In a bowl mix together 1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour and diced rhubarb
- Pour into an 8 or 9-inch baking dish and dot with butter
