Rhubarb Crunch

Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 34 c oats
- 12 c melted margarine or butter
- diced rhubarb
- 1 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 c water
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix the first 5 ingredients until crumbly press half of the crumb mixture into greased baking dish
- Cover with rhubarb Combine sugar cornstarch water and vanilla
- Cook until thickened and clear
- Pour over rhubarb
- Top with remaining crumbs
- Bake 1 hour at 350
