Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 3 c diced rhubarb
- 1 12 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp flour
- few grains salt
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Wash and dice unpeeled rhubarb and mix with sugar flour salt and nutmeg
- Beat eggs slightly add milk
- Combine with rhubarb mixture
- Place in pie shell and dot with butter
- Bake at 400 for 50 minutes
- Make one single crust 9-inch pie pan
