Rhubarb Custard Pie
Ingredients
- 3 c rhubarb cut in 12-inch pieces
- 2 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 3 eggs separated
- 1 c milk
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 2 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Beat egg yolks
- Add sugar flour and milk then add rhubarb Pour into unbaked pie shell that has been sprinkled with 1 tablespoon flour
- Bake in a 350 oven for 34 hour or until custard is set
