Rhubarb Delight

Ingredients
- 4 c rhubarb cubed
- 23 to 34 c sugar
- 1 3 oz pkg strawberry Jell-O
- 1 yellow Jiffy cake mix
- 1 c water
- 12 stick oleo cut in pieces
Directions
- In an 8 x 12-inch baking dish layer the rhubarb sugar dry gelatin and dry cake mix in that order
- Pour water over all and scatter the pieces of oleo over top
- Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes until cake is lightly browned
