Rhubarb Delight

Ingredients

  • 4 c rhubarb cubed
  • 23 to 34 c sugar
  • 1 3 oz pkg strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 yellow Jiffy cake mix
  • 1 c water
  • 12 stick oleo cut in pieces

Directions

  1. In an 8 x 12-inch baking dish layer the rhubarb sugar dry gelatin and dry cake mix in that order
  2. Pour water over all and scatter the pieces of oleo over top
  3. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes until cake is lightly browned
