Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients

  • 4 c cut rhubarb
  • 2 c sugar
  • 34 c butter
  • 2 c flour
  • 12 tsp baking soda
  • 1 12 c shredded coconut
  • 12 c nuts

Directions

  1. Place rhubarb in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan cover with 1 cup sugar
  2. Place in oven at 350
  3. Combine butter and remaining sugar
  4. Sift flour and soda blend until crumbly
  5. Stir in coconut and nuts
  6. Top rhubarb with crumb mixture
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes longer
