Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients

  • 5 c cut up rhubarb
  • 5 c sugar
  • 1 regular size pkg cherry gelatin

Directions

  1. Mix together in large pan rhubarb and sugar
  2. Bring to full rolling boil one you cant stir down and cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cherry gelatin Pour into clean jars or freezer containers
  4. Store in your freezer or refrigerator
  5. It will thicken as it chills
