Rhubarb Marmalade

Ingredients

• juice of 1 lemon
• juice of 1 orange
• 1 c water
• 4 c coarsely cut rhubarb
• 3 pkg fruit pectin
• 7 12 c sugar

Directions

1. Combine juices and water with rhubarb
2. Bring to a boil and add pectin
3. Stir until pectin is dissolved and add the sugar Boil gently for 5 minutes
