Rhubarb Preserves With Jello

Ingredients

  • 5 c raw rhubarb cut in small pieces
  • 1 c water
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp Sweet10
  • 1 3 oz cherry jello

Directions

  1. Cook rhubarb until done
  2. Add sugar and Sweet10
  3. Boil for 5 minutes
  4. Pour this mixture over jello
  5. Stir until jello is dissolved
  6. Cool
  7. Put in jars
  8. Enjoy the preserves
