Rhubarb Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 14 c sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 14 c shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 to 4 c rhubarb

Directions

  1. Mix above ingredients together
  2. Spread 12 mixture into 1 quart baking dish
  3. Put in rhubarb and 1 12 cups sugar
  4. Spread remaining batter on top
  5. Bake at 350 until bubbly
