Rhubarb Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 14 c sugar
- dash of salt
- 14 c shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 c milk
- 2 to 4 c rhubarb
Directions
- Mix above ingredients together
- Spread 12 mixture into 1 quart baking dish
- Put in rhubarb and 1 12 cups sugar
- Spread remaining batter on top
- Bake at 350 until bubbly
