Rhubarb Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 c rhubarb chopped
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 12 c milk
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1 stick oleo
Directions
- Mix rhubarb and sugar together well and put into greased 13 x 9-inch pan or dish
- Beat eggs and milk and pour over rhubarb Finally mix last three items together
- Crumble and add on top Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
