Rhubarb Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 c rhubarb chopped
  • 2 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

  1. Mix rhubarb and sugar together well and put into greased 13 x 9-inch pan or dish
  2. Beat eggs and milk and pour over rhubarb Finally mix last three items together
  3. Crumble and add on top Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
