Rhubarb Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 c milk
- 2 c chopped rhubarb
- 1 c sugar
- 34 c boiling water
Directions
- Combine together 1 cup sugar flour butter baking powder and milk pour into 9-inch square pan
- Over this batter put rhubarb 1 cup sugar and boiling water
- Bake at 350 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
