Rhubarb Salad

Ingredients

• 2 12 c rhubarb
• 34 to 1 c sugar
• 12 c water
• 1 3 oz pkg strawberry jello dissolved in hot water
• 1 2 oz can crushed pineapple drained
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Cook rhubarb with sugar and water until tender
2. While still hot add strawberry jello and stir then add pineapple and nuts Cool and refrigerate
