Rhubarb Shortcake

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp lard
- 1 c sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 c flour
- 1 egg
- 34 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dash of salt
Directions
- Mix together and pour over rhubarb Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour I use 6 to 7 cups diced rhubarb in a 7 14 x 11 baking dish with 1 12 cups sugar on top Tends to run over the side of dish
