Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp lard
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 egg
  • 34 c milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash of salt

Directions

  1. Mix together and pour over rhubarb Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour I use 6 to 7 cups diced rhubarb in a 7 14 x 11 baking dish with 1 12 cups sugar on top Tends to run over the side of dish
