Rhubarb Slush

Ingredients
- 3 c chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
- 1 c water
- 13 c sugar
- 1 c apple juice
- 1 6 oz can frozen pink lemonade concentrate thawed
- 1 2 liter bottle lemon-lime soda
Directions
- In a saucepan combine rhubarb water and sugar bring to boil
- Reduce heat
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until rhubarb is tender
- Cool for about 30 minutes
