Rhubarb Slush

Ingredients

  • 3 c chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
  • 1 c water
  • 13 c sugar
  • 1 c apple juice
  • 1 6 oz can frozen pink lemonade concentrate thawed
  • 1 2 liter bottle lemon-lime soda

Directions

  1. In a saucepan combine rhubarb water and sugar bring to boil
  2. Reduce heat
  3. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until rhubarb is tender
  4. Cool for about 30 minutes
