Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

• 5 c rhubarb cut fine
• 4 c sugar
• 6 oz strawberry Jell-O

Directions

1. Mix the rhubarb and sugar together and let set overnight
2. In the morning boil the mixture for 5 minutes then add the Jell-O Stir well
3. Put in jars to seal
4. Very good if you like rhubarb strawberry on your toast
