Rice

Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon chopped
- 1 rib celery
- salt
- 12 onion
- 2 to 3 strips green pepper
- tomato if desired
- 1 c rice
- 2 c water or chicken broth
Directions
- Fry bacon add celery onion green pepper and tomato and saute
- Add rice
- Let brown with bacon and vegetables add water or chicken broth
- Cover let come to boil turn heat to low and simmer 20 minutes
