Rice-Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 c cooked rice
- 1 8 oz jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 c chopped celery
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small pkg frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions
- Saute celery and onion in butter or margarine
- Cook broccoli and drain
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
