Rice And Broccoli Dish
Ingredients
- 2 c cooked rice
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 12 c margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Velveeta or American cheese 1 box
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli
- cracker crumbs
Directions
- Saute chopped onion in melted margarine until tender
- Add the mushroom soup
- Cut up 13 of a small box of Velveeta or American cheese
- Add to onion and soup mixture
- Melt cheese with mixture Add 2 cups cooked rice and 10 ounces of frozen broccoli thawed and drained
- Pour in buttered casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs
- Dot with butter
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
