Rice And Chicken Almondine

Ingredients
- 3 c cooked rice
- 2 12 c cooked chicken diced
- 12 c slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 14 c butter or chicken fat
- 6 Tbsp flour
- 2 c chicken bouillon
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp parsley
Directions
- Saute almonds and onion in butter for 10 minutes
- Stir in flour
- Add bouillon and cream stirring until thickened
- Add chicken and remaining ingredients
- Pour into casserole
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
- Serves 6
