Rice And Clams

Ingredients
- 12 stick butter or margarine
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 c raw rice
- 2 c water or chicken broth
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 23 c ripe olives chopped
- 7 oz can minced clams with liquid
Directions
- Place

- ingredients in crock-pot
- Stir well
- Cover and cook on
- high
- 1
- hour
- then low for 4 to 6 hours
- Or in oven for 1 hour at 375 or until rice is cooked
