Rice CakeIndonesian

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine softened
- 2 12 c powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 7 34 oz can sweet coconut juice or about 12 14 oz can coconut milk
- 1 lb box sweet rice flour
- 7 34 oz water
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Beat margarine and powdered sugar until smooth
- Add slowly the eggs coconut juice or milk rice flour water salt and vanilla Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan
- Bake 40 minutes at 350 until barely light brown
- Cool
- Sift powdered sugar over if desired
- Cut into squares
