Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 4 oz can diced green chiles
- 3 c sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c cooked rice
- 3 c shredded Jack cheese
Directions
- Combine chiles sour cream and salt Spread 1 cup cooked rice in a 2-quart casserole
- Top with a layer of 13 of the sour cream mixture then 13 of the cheese
- Repeat layers
- Bake covered at 350 for 20 minutes
- Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer Makes 6 servings
