Rice Delight
Ingredients
- 2 c cooked Minute rice
- 1 12 cans asparagus
- 1 medium size jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c thinly sliced water chestnuts
- 12 c celery chopped
- 14 c onion chopped
- 12 c milk
- 3 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Saute celery and onion in butter
- Add soup milk and 13 jar Cheez Whiz
- Make layers of rice asparagus chestnuts and soup mixture in a buttered casserole dish Add remaining Cheez Whiz on top of last layer in teaspoonfuls
- Bake covered with foil 25 to 30 minutes in a 350 oven
