Rice Napoli

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 12 c sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1 envelope Italian style dressing mix
- 1 bag Success 10-Minute brown rice cooked
- 1 c shredded pack skim Mozzarella cheese
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 can Italian style tomatoes
Directions
- Cook and stir pepper and garlic in margarine until tender Add tomatoes and salad dressing
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Stir in rice and top with cheese
- Sprinkle with olives
- Serves 4
