Rice PuddingRizogalo

Ingredients
- 1 qt milk
- 1 c water
- 23 c long grain rice
- 23 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- cinnamon
Directions
- Heat milk and water in saucepan
- Add rice stir
- Add sugar salt and butter and stir then let simmer for 50 minutes
- Beat 2 eggs in separate bowl and slowly add hot mixture
- Beat constantly
- Add vanilla and stir gently
- Ladle into dessert dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon
- Refrigerate
- Serves 8
