Rice Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c cooked brown or white rice
- 18 tsp poultry seasoning
- 18 tsp salt
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 13 c bread crumbs
- vegetable oil
Directions
- Beat egg
- Stir in poultry seasoning salt and cheese mix with rice
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Shape by rounded teaspoonfuls into 1-inch balls
- Roll in bread crumbs
- Heat 2 to 3 inches of oil
- Fry rice balls until golden brown drain
- Makes about 15 rice balls
