Rice Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 c cooked brown or white rice
  • 18 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 18 tsp salt
  • 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 13 c bread crumbs
  • vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Beat egg
  2. Stir in poultry seasoning salt and cheese mix with rice
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  4. Shape by rounded teaspoonfuls into 1-inch balls
  5. Roll in bread crumbs
  6. Heat 2 to 3 inches of oil
  7. Fry rice balls until golden brown drain
  8. Makes about 15 rice balls
