Rice Salad From France

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked rice
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 boiled eggs chopped
- 6 oz can tuna in water drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- green or black olives sliced
- 8 oz cubed Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix well in a large bowl
- For the dressing make an oil and vinegar dressing and add salt pepper about a teaspoon Dijon mustard parsley and basil
- Mix to taste and pour over salad Serve chilled
