Rice With Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 23 c rice
- 1 c flour
- 1 3 to 4 lb chicken cut in serving pieces
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 12 c cooking oil
Directions
- Cook rice in salted water for 5 minutes
- Set aside
- Flour and season chicken
- Fry chicken in oil until brown
- Pour rice over chicken
- Cover and cook until chicken is tender
- Add water as needed
