Ingredients

• 1 large jar pimentos
• 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
• 1 red onion cut in rings
• 14 c Parmesan cheese
• 34 c salad oil
• 14 c red wine vinegar
• 1 clove garlic chopped
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp Accent
• generous dash of pepper
• 1 large head lettuce
• spinach if desired

Directions

1. Marinate 3 hours
2. Add one large head of lettuce
3. Sprinkle on more Parmesan cheese
