In heavy saucepan over low heat melt caramels and margarine
Remove from heat add milk Mix well Follow package directions for cake mix pour 2 cups batter into a 9 x 13 inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam Bake 15 minutes Spread caramel mixture over cake spread remaining batter over mixture Top with pecans
