Ricotta Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lemon cake mix with pudding
• 2 lb Ricotta cheese
• 3 eggs
• 12 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Follow directions on cake package mix
2. In a separate bowl mix remainder of ingredients
3. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch baking pan
4. Pour cake mix into pan
5. Pour Ricotta mixture over the batter
6. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or 325 if oven is too hot
7. Let cool completely before cutting
