Ricotta Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• yellow pudding cake mix Duncan Hines
• 4 eggs
• confectioners sugar
• 2 c Ricotta cheese
• 34 c sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Prepare yellow pudding cake mix
2. Follow box recipe on cake box
3. Pour batter into pan
4. In a bowl mix Ricotta cheese sugar eggs and vanilla
5. Mix and pour over batter
6. When it cools sprinkle confectioners sugar on top
