Ricotta Snowflake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 14 c flour
  • 1 c confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 14 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c margarine or butter
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 12 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients form into a ball and chill for 1 hour Roll out the dough to a 18-inch thickness
  2. Use a round cookie cutter or a fluted cookie cutter and cut out shapes
  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
  4. Do not let them get too brown
