Ricotta Snowflake Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 14 c flour
- 1 c confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp baking powder
- 1 c margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients form into a ball and chill for 1 hour Roll out the dough to a 18-inch thickness
- Use a round cookie cutter or a fluted cookie cutter and cut out shapes
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
- Do not let them get too brown
