Rigatoni And Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 30 oz jar meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb rigatoni cooked and drained
- 14 tsp pepper
- 32 oz cottage cheese
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Lightly brown beef onion and garlic
- Stir in spaghetti sauce and pepper
- Simmer 10 minutes
- In a large bowl stir together cottage cheese and salt
- Add rigatoni toss to coat well
- Spoon half of the rigatoni mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Top with 1 cup of the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce Repeat
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Bake in a 350 oven for 35 minutes or until heated
- Serves 12
