Rigatoni And Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pkg rigatoni
- 14 c margarine
- 13 c flour
- 1 qt milk
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 2 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg frozen peas
Directions
- Prepare rigatoni according to package directions Melt margarine
- Add flour and cook stirring constantly for 2 minutes Do not brown
- Stir in milk salt pepper and cheese
- Cook until smooth and thickened
- Pour sauce over hot rigatoni and mix gently
- Sprinkle peas on top and place in oven at 350 for 15 minutes
