Rio Mandarine Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 11 oz cans mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 c mandarin flavored liqueur
  • 1 12 oz can frozen pineapple juice defrosted
  • 12 gal white wine chilled
  • 33 oz sparkling water
  • 1 750 ml bottle champagne chilled

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl
  2. combine
  3. orange
  4. pieces
  5. and 12 cup liqueur
  6. Toss to coat
  7. freeze for 24 hours
  8. Combine 12 cup liqueur juice and the
  9. white wine
  10. Just before serving pour into a punch bowl
  11. Then
  12. stir
  13. in
  14. sparkling water champagne and frozen orange segments
