RiS Easy Salisbury Steak

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 pkg onion soup mix
• 1 c Italian bread crumbs
• 2 eggs
• 1 c water
• 12 c ketchup
• 3 jars gravy 1 brown 2 pork
• 1 bag frozen peas

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Mix all ingredients except peas and gravy and shape into 2 loaves
3. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam Place loaves in dish lightly spray top with Pam to help brown nicely and bake at 400 for 12 hour
4. Add gravy and bake at 350 for 12 hour
5. Then add peas to gravy and steak
6. Bake for 15 minutes
