RitaS Maple Corn Souffle

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 18 lb butter
  • 12 c maple syrup
  • 1 medium size can cream-style corn
  • 12 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Beat eggs add melted butter syrup corn and seasoning
  2. Pour into buttered baking dish
  3. Bake 1 hour at 375
  4. Eat while hot it falls
