Ritz Cracker Pie

Ingredients

• 20 Ritz crackers crushed fine
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 12 c sugar
• 3 egg whites better at room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 c sugar

Directions

1. Mix together the Ritz crackers chopped nuts and 12 cup sugar
2. Beat the egg whites vanilla and 12 cup sugar
3. Fold cracker mixture into egg whites
4. Put in heavily greased pie plate
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 300
6. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip
7. Sprinkle with grated chocolate
