Ritz Cracker Pie
Ingredients
- 20 Ritz crackers
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 c sugar
- 3 egg whites beaten stiff
Directions
- Crush crackers real fine
- Mix 12 cup sugar with crackers Add baking powder and nuts
- Add 12 cup sugar and vanilla to egg whites
- Mix together
- Pour into a well buttered pie pan
- Bake at 350 about 25 to 30 minutes
- Cool
- Put a small carton of whipped cream on top then chill
