Ritz Cracker Pie

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 20 crushed Ritz crackers
• 34 c chopped pecans
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Cool Whip

Directions

1. Spray pan with Pam
2. Beat egg whites until stiff
3. Gradually add sugar and vanilla
4. Fold in nuts and crackers
5. Put in pie plate
6. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes
7. When cool top with Cool Whip
