Roast Gravy

Ingredients

• 3-5 lb roast
• 1 Tbsp garlic salt
• 1 Tbsp meat tenderizer
• 1 Tbsp celery salt
• 4 pkgs grown gravy mix
• 4 c water
• 1 pkg onion soup mix
• 1 c water

Directions

1. Cook roast and spices until tender
2. Drain slice
3. Add gravy and onion soup mix
4. Simmer 2 hours until done
