Roast Beef

Ingredients
- boneless rump or Pikes Peak roast
- pepper
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 or 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg dry Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of onion soup
Directions
- Sprinkle the roast with pepper do not brown
- Mix the remaining ingredients together
- Pour soup mixture over roast Cook slowly for about 8 hours
- Two hours before it is done add potatoes and carrots if desired
