Roast Beef In Crock-Pot
Ingredients
- 1 4 to 5 lb eye of round or rump roast
- 2 pkg Lipton dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 1 can tomato soup undiluted
- 1 soup can hot water
Directions
- Trim fat from roast
- Place into crock-pot
- Add dry soup mix mushroom soup tomato soup and water
- I find it easier to mix the ingredients before pouring over roast
- Turn crock-pot on high until cooking well
- Turn to low and let cook 10 to 12 hours or until desired doneness
