Roast Beef In Crock-Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 4 to 5 lb eye of round or rump roast
  • 2 pkg Lipton dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • 1 can tomato soup undiluted
  • 1 soup can hot water

Directions

  1. Trim fat from roast
  2. Place into crock-pot
  3. Add dry soup mix mushroom soup tomato soup and water
  4. I find it easier to mix the ingredients before pouring over roast
  5. Turn crock-pot on high until cooking well
  6. Turn to low and let cook 10 to 12 hours or until desired doneness
