Roast Beef Po Boy

Ingredients

• 1 roast
• 14 c onion
• 1 or 2 garlic buds
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 or 2 beef bouillon cubes
• enough water to make gravy

Directions

1. Put roast in baking pan
2. Add onion garlic and soup
3. Add bouillon cubes to water pour over
4. Cover with foil bake at 350
5. May need to add more water
6. Slice roast serve on French bread with gravy
