Roast Chicken And Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 12 stick butter
- chicken bouillon
- chicken pieces
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- water
- potatoes peeled and cut in half
Directions
- Mix tomato sauce in small amount of water in a bowl
- Coat potatoes with sauce and place in roaster
- Sprinkle garlic bouillon and dabs of butter on top of potatoes
- Do the same with chicken
- Cover chicken with remaining sauce
- Bake 1 12 hours covered at 350
