Roast Corn

Ingredients

• 12 c butter
• 2 Tbsp chives
• 2 Tbsp parsley
• 8 ears corn
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Melt butter with chives and parsley
2. Brush corn with butter mixture salt and pepper
3. Wrap in foil and bake at 400 for 30 minutes
