Roast Lamb

Ingredients

  • 1 6 lb lamb
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp each marjoram thyme and rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 c dry white wine

Directions

  1. Crush garlic with salt and pepper
  2. Mix with oil spread on lamb
  3. Sprinkle with marjoram thyme rosemary and flour
  4. Pour wine and 1 cup water into pan
  5. Roast in a 325 oven for 2 12 hours basting frequently
  6. Serves 6
