Roast Lamb

Ingredients
- 1 6 lb lamb
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp each marjoram thyme and rosemary
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 c dry white wine
Directions
- Crush garlic with salt and pepper
- Mix with oil spread on lamb
- Sprinkle with marjoram thyme rosemary and flour
- Pour wine and 1 cup water into pan
- Roast in a 325 oven for 2 12 hours basting frequently
- Serves 6
