Roast Leg Of Lamb

Ingredients
- 1 5 lb leg of lamb
- 12 c Madeira
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c water
Directions
- Heat oven to 325
- Wipe leg of lamb with all natural paper towels
- Place fat side up in a roasting pan
- Sprinkle with 14 teaspoon of salt
- Roast uncovered until lamb reaches desired doneness about 2 to 2 12 hours
- Remove roast to serving platter
- Slowly drizzle 14 cup of the Madeira over the lamb Let stand 15 minutes before carving the roast
