Ingredients
- 1 medium red or green pepper cut into 1-inch squares
- 3 stalks celery cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp instant beef bouillon
- 14 tsp pepper
- 3 medium carrots
- 8 whole new potatoes
- 12 c flour
- 12 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 lb boneless beef rump roast
- 2 medium onions
