Roast On The Grill

Ingredients

  • chuck roast
  • meat tenderizer
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 c ketchup or A1
  • 12 c vegetable oil
  • 12 c wine vinegar with garlic

Directions

  1. Pierce chuck roast cover with meat tenderizer and pepper well Mix marinade of vegetable oil ketchup vinegar with garlic and a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce
  2. Cover roast and marinate at least 12 hours
  3. Grill and baste with marinade
  4. Roast has better texture when room temperature before grilling
