Roast On The Grill

Ingredients
- chuck roast
- meat tenderizer
- Worcestershire sauce
- 12 c ketchup or A1
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 12 c wine vinegar with garlic
Directions
- Pierce chuck roast cover with meat tenderizer and pepper well Mix marinade of vegetable oil ketchup vinegar with garlic and a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce
- Cover roast and marinate at least 12 hours
- Grill and baste with marinade
- Roast has better texture when room temperature before grilling
