Roast Pork Adrien

Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 12 c catsup
  • 12 c vinegar
  • 12 c brown sugar
  • 12 c dark corn syrup
  • 14 c water
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 14 c or more curacao liqueur or any orange liqueur

Directions

  1. Season pork loin
  2. Place fat side up in roasting pan Bake at 325 to 350 until 12 hour before the roast is done
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients except cornstarch and liqueur
  4. Cook over low heat 5 minutes Blend cornstarch with some of the sauce and stir until smooth
  5. Add to the rest of the sauce and stir until slightly thickened Add the liqueur and continue stirring for 5 to 10 minutes
