Roast Pork Adrien

Ingredients
- 1 pork loin
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 12 c catsup
- 12 c vinegar
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 c dark corn syrup
- 14 c water
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 14 c or more curacao liqueur or any orange liqueur
Directions
- Season pork loin
- Place fat side up in roasting pan Bake at 325 to 350 until 12 hour before the roast is done
- Combine all remaining ingredients except cornstarch and liqueur
- Cook over low heat 5 minutes Blend cornstarch with some of the sauce and stir until smooth
- Add to the rest of the sauce and stir until slightly thickened Add the liqueur and continue stirring for 5 to 10 minutes
