Roast Turkey Breast With Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 2 to 3 lb turkey breast roast
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup or creamy chicken-mushroom soup
- 23 c water
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms sliced or pieces
- 12 envelope dry onion soup mix
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Place turkey in shallow roasting pan Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix remaining ingredients
- Pour over turkey
- Cover and bake until done 165 to 170 on meat thermometer about 1 14 to 1 12 hours
- Cut turkey into slices Serve gravy with turkey and if desired with boiled or mashed potatoes
- Yield 4 to 6 servings
