Roast Turkey Breast With Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 2 to 3 lb turkey breast roast
  • 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup or creamy chicken-mushroom soup
  • 23 c water
  • 1 4 oz can mushrooms sliced or pieces
  • 12 envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Place turkey in shallow roasting pan Salt and pepper to taste
  3. Mix remaining ingredients
  4. Pour over turkey
  5. Cover and bake until done 165 to 170 on meat thermometer about 1 14 to 1 12 hours
  6. Cut turkey into slices Serve gravy with turkey and if desired with boiled or mashed potatoes
  7. Yield 4 to 6 servings
